A modular grid house where every room, opening and joint lands on a 1200mm planning grid — uncompromising dimensional discipline made habitable.
The plan is a 6×4 module grid. Walls, glazing, cabinetry, tiles — everything lands on the same increment. The result is radical simplicity: no trims, no transition strips, no packers. Materials meet at precise intersections, and the house reads as one continuous surface rather than a collection of rooms.
