A single horizontal line drawn between garden and sky — a flat-roofed home that eliminates the vertical in favour of unbroken, raking horizon views across Port Phillip Bay.
Every decision served the horizontal datum: a 900mm-deep fascia running the full 28-metre length, suppressed parapets, floor-to-ceiling glass set flush with the soffit. The house presents as a shadow line floating above a limestone plinth. Inside, the same restraint: no cornices, no architraves, ceilings at a constant 2700mm from end to end.
